Brothers.  2000  Peshawar, Pakistan

Children outside a health clinic at the Shamshatoo camp.

They might be brothers, they might not. The woman behind them might be their mother, an aunt, a relative. Might not be.

These children are simply among an estimated 3 million Afghan refugees wandering through the camps and cities of Pakistan which, like Jordan, must bear the burden of a refugee population it had no part in creating.
