Several American groups have sent delegations to Haiti to find out what has been going on for themselves. The Bell Aire and Cite Soleil neighborhoods, where the poorest of the poor live, and where Aristide's Lavalas Party is strongest, have suffered some of the most intense violence since the ouster. This violence continues.
